Dear
Colleagues We
have lost a reassuring constant in the lives of all of us fortunate to have
been Her Majesty’s subjects both here in the United Kingdom and across the
Commonwealth. The
events she oversaw during her 70 years of duty and service for us all have been
on a scale that could never have been imagined when she became our Monarch; yet
she met all the challenge and change that came to her with the same grace and
calm resolve that characterised her reign. On
behalf of the Board of Directors of CARES and all my colleagues I wish to place
on record our profound sympathy to her family at this enormous time of sadness
