CARES will also participate in the 2023 ASEAN Sustainability & Construction Forum in Singapore, organized by the South East Asia Iron and Steel Institute (SEAISI). This presents an important platform to discuss the latest advances – and challenges – facing the industry, particularly in the embodied carbon over the life cycle of reinforcing steels: Carbon emissions associated with Modules A1-A3 Product stage and A4-A5 Construction stage. We look forward to a productive exchange of knowledge with colleagues across the industry.
