CARES publishes its Sustainability Report 2021
This year’s report has a broader scope covering context and overall performance of the Sustainable Constructional Steels (SCS) Certification Scheme up to the 2020 data reporting year, and activities completed in 2021.
The report also includes information on CARES’ own impacts and how CARES is supporting the transition to lower carbon emissions steel production. In his Introductory Statement CARES’ Chairman, Steven Brunswick, outlines CARES’ positive response to the challenges faced due to the pandemic and the opportunities from digitising the construction materials supply chain.
