Suspension of CARES certification - Guangdong Zhongnan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.

CARES has suspended the certification of Guangdong Zhongnan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. following the identification of non-compliance with Hong Kong’s CS2 rebar requirements during routine audits and testing.

The suspension takes immediate effect. During this period, the company must not represent itself as CARES-approved, and all use of CARES marks, logos, and references to certification is prohibited.

Certification will remain suspended until the company demonstrates full compliance with CARES requirements and successfully completes a reassessment.
